From July 9 to October 2, 2022, Museum Beelden aan Zee in Scheveningen presented a comprehensive solo exhibition by visual artist Mart Visser. The museum showcased a selection of over one hundred sculptures and eighty reliefs, paintings, and installations, featuring a diverse range of abstract heads and faces.

At the opening of the dynamic exhibition Sculptures, Mart Visser launched his first art book, offering an intimate impression of his three studios and his creative process.

Museum Beelden aan Zee is a hidden gem nestled in the dunes of Scheveningen and is the only museum in the Netherlands dedicated exclusively to modern and contemporary international sculpture. The striking, shell-shaped building was designed by architect Wim Quist.
