Should an order nevertheless be returned, the following conditions apply.
Return Conditions
- Returns are possible within 14 days after receiving the artwork.
- A return request must first be submitted by email to artwork@martvisser.nl.
- After approval, clear return instructions will be provided.
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipment, including insured shipping.
- The risk of return shipment (loss or damage) lies with the buyer.
- After receipt and inspection of the artwork, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.
- Any shipping and return costs will not be reimbursed.
- Exchanges are not possible. If desired, a new order can be placed.
Important Notes
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
- The artwork must be returned in its original condition and in the original (or equivalent) packaging.
- Damaged, used, or incomplete artworks will not be accepted for return.
