Shipping information

At Mart Visser Artwork, great care is taken in shipping orders. Artworks are valuable and unique objects: therefore, all items are thoroughly inspected, professionally packaged, and shipped insured from the headquarters in Amsterdam.

Shipping Method & Transport

• For each artwork, the most suitable shipping method and carrier are chosen.
• All shipments are sent insured from the headquarters.
• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork.

Delivery Time

• Orders are generally shipped within 1–3 business days.
• Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with confirmation and a track & trace code to follow the delivery.

The shipping costs will be determined after consultation, depending on the chosen shipping method, insurance, and packaging. We will contact you personally to discuss the details.

• Europe (EU): €50 – €200
• United Kingdom (UK): €50 – €250
• United States (US): €50 – €200
• Hong Kong (HK): €90 – €250
• Asia (China, Japan, India): €90 – €250
• Oceania (Australia, New Zealand): €90 – €250
• Africa (South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya): €90 – €250
• South America (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia): €100 – €300

Please note: For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes may be levied in the country of arrival.
These costs are not included in the shipping fees and are always the responsibility of the buyer.
